  • Represented plaintiff in adversary proceeding in Bankruptcy Court (Northern District of Texas) resulting in a judgment for actual and constructive fraudulent transfer, preference, breach of fiduciary duty, and civil conspiracy which was affirmed by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
  • Represented sellers of real and personal property in Colorado.
  • Represented plaintiff in construction defect case which settled in the high six figures.
  • Represented plaintiff in property management negligence case involving large industrial property which was successfully settled.
  • Drafted and negotiated lease for 55,000 square foot industrial property in Denver, Colorado.
  • Negotiated licensing agreements and other contracts for branded gas station.
  • Represented plaintiffs in arbitration hearing to enforce buy-sell provision in LLC operating agreement.
  • Represented home builder defendant in arbitration hearing regarding construction defect claims.
  • Represented family of victim in motorcycle death case which settled for policy limits.
