Bruce has represented businesses and individuals in the following areas: construction, real estate, administrative, creditor rights, land use and zoning, manufacturing, finance, labor and employment, securities, environmental, aviation, consumer products, insurance, entertainment, hospitality, transportation, oil and gas, renewable energy, technology, malpractice, negligence, family law, appellate and class action.  Bruce has first chair jury and non-jury trial, arbitration, and appellate experience in State, Federal, and Bankruptcy courts in both commercial and personal injury cases.  Bruce has owned and operated businesses which provides valuable experience and insight for his business clients.

• Represented plaintiff in adversary proceeding in Bankruptcy Court (Northern District of Texas) resulting in a judgment for actual and constructive fraudulent transfer, preference, breach of fiduciary duty, and civil conspiracy which was affirmed by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
• Represented sellers of real and personal property in Colorado.
• Represented plaintiff in construction defect case which settled in the high six figures.
• Represented plaintiff in property management negligence case involving large industrial property which was successfully settled.
• Drafted and negotiated lease for 55,000 square foot industrial property in Denver, Colorado.
• Negotiated licensing agreements and other contracts for branded gas station.
• Represented plaintiffs in arbitration hearing to enforce buy-sell provision in LLC operating agreement.
• Represented home builder defendant in arbitration hearing regarding construction defect claims.
• Represented family of victim in motorcycle death case which settled for policy limits.
• Represented plaintiff in medical malpractice case involving improper prescription which was successfully settled.
• Successfully defended bar operator in case before Dallas Board of Adjustment.
• Defended construction defect case involving more than 100 homes which was successfully settled.
