Fidel Tenorio

Fidel Tenorio represents clients in a broad range of commercial transactions and commercial litigation. He has experience in a variety of matters, including business disputes, landlord/tenant conflicts, construction litigation, mechanic’s and materialmen’s liens, contract disputes, partnership and LLC disputes, corporate governance and compliance, personal injury, among other areas. Fidel’s transactional experience includes drafting and negotiating leases, purchase and sale agreements, non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, and other business contracts.

Fidel is a proud graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law where he earned his J.D.in 2024. Prior to law school, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2017.
